GeoAcuity CEO Jason Knowles presents at the 2024 Los Angeles Geospatial Summit

GeoAcuity’s Jason Knowles and Will Forker participated in the 2024 Los Angeles Geospatial Summit held on February 23rd, 2024. GeoAcuity CEO Jason Knowles shared his insights during the “Fostering Resilient and Secure Communities with Spatial Sciences” panel alongside Dr. Debbie Fugate from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Cathy Power from NV5, and moderator Dr. Yi Qi from the University of Southern California. His presentation highlighted GeoAcuity’s utilization of timely, high resolution geospatial data sets to assess fire zones for wildfire response, employing multispectral imagery for vegetation mapping and mitigation, and how geospatial data can be used for the identification, management and protection of resilient and secure communities.
